Island Bey Empowerment is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing young men in the Bahamas to become future leaders, entrepreneurs, and responsible stewards of their heritage and environment. We believe in empowering our youth through a holistic program that emphasizes leadership, cultural heritage, eco-sustainability, and career readiness, aiming to equip them with practical skills and instill a sense of pride and purpose.
